Fruits are very nutriuos kind of food we need in our body system, fruits are what makes the skin glows, as a matter of fact fruits are needed along side with our daily meal. There are many benefits of eating fruits in general and we are going to be discussing a few here.

There is a way to eat fruit to make it more effective in our body system and not just buying the fruit, slicing it and throwing it inside our mouths, no, it’s more than that. It is very neccessary to understand how fruits work, when and how to eat it.

There are certain type of fruits that can be eaten as breakfast just to soften the stomach which makes for easy digestion and also makes you light weighted.

Well, let’s discuss the healthy ways of eating fruits

Fruits First, As earlier said, when you eat fruits before meal or on empty stomachs, it does a lot of good by helping to loose weight because it circulates through your body system and detoxify every unimportant elements.

Fruits are the most vital food we can think, for example you take in a slice of bread and tea and a piece of fruit, the fruit should have gone through your stomach but because of the fruit which you have taken, it prevents the it from doing so, after that the whole fruit, bread and tea detoxify and turns into fatty acids, in other words, as soon as the fruits comes in contact with the food in the stomach and digestive juice, the whole food begins to rot.

So it is advisable to eat your fruits on empty stomach or before taking your meals as earlier said

What People Complain About, Am very sure you must have heard people say “when I eat oranges my stomach begins to bloats, or when I eat Mango, gush, I run straight to the toilet”. Well these fruit mentioned quickens digestion at a rapid rate that’s why it is good to eat fruit on empty or light stomach just to avoid these kind of situation, if the fruits are eaten on empty stomach then there will be no cause for that.

What the fruit does is that it goes straight into the stomach and because there are some food particles in the stomach, it begins to react immediately which makes your stomach to bloat up.

Have you observed that those who take in fruits after eating, experiences some little changes in their body like dark circles right under their eyes, grey hair, nervous outburst and others. To really avoid all these, it’s best to eat fruits before eating, as matter of fact it does more good…

Peradventure if you see great changes on your body like skin beauty, good health, normal weight then you have been taken fruits the correct way, compare yourself to those who take fruits but don’t take it correctly and see the difference.

Alot of us a buy fruit juice and store them in our fridge for a very long time before we take them, well this is not a good habit to practice, our body system needs fresh fruits because the fresh fruit juice are super nutritious and active which helps our body system.

Don’t even take in fruit juice that have been heated

Don’t eat cooked fruits because you have remove the nutrients, you only enjoy the taste but the vitamins in it are all gone. As a matter of fact fruits are better than processed fruit juice.

If you have to take in fruit juice, take it with a filled mouth and it it should be gulped slowly because it has to mix with your saliva, that it’s when it’s best enjoyed. There is also what we call fruit fasting, where you take only fruits for a period of 2-3 days just to detoxify your body system, and you will very much surprise how your skin will glow.

GUAVA is also a good product of Fiber which helps in constipation.

WATERMELON:

It has 92% of water which helps to quench thirst also with it’s juicy part.

KIWI:

STRAWBERRY:
